At Ego Spa we value your business, and we really mean it.
Unlike other businesses who spend all their time trying to attract new customers, we like to reward our existing clients for their loyalty to and faith in us. We make it our business to know who you are, what you like, and how you like it. So don't be surprised if you find yourself coming to the place where "everybody knows your name!"
We value your referral business of your friends and your family.
When you refer our services or products to a member of your circle of friends or family, we consider that such an extreme compliment that we will send you a $10 spa credit for each and every person who specifically mentions your name when they come for a spa service. You can then save them up for a nice day at the spa for yourself.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy - but for good reason.
We aim to bring you the highest quality staff and level of service - unfortunately, this is not cheap and good people are hard to find. When you reserve a time with us, we not only guarantee your appointment and service length, we are also turning away others who might want your spot. So, if you cancel with less than 24 hours, we still need to compensate our staff for their time, and we've lost other revenue opportunities as well.
But we're reasonable - we understand that things "come up." So, we only charge 50% of the value of the services that would have been rendered, and only if we cannot find someone to fill your slot. However, if you fail to appear for your appointment and did not cancel with us beforehand, you will be responsible for 100% of the services that would have been rendered. This is why we require a credit card from you to guarantee your reservation.
Please be on time! In fact, please be fifteen minutes early.
We want you to get the most of your time with us, and we will be able to provide you with the best service if we're not rushing to complete your service in time for the next client. Unfortunately, we do have a schedule to keep, so if you are late, we will need to cut short your service time commensurately. So please, do come early (and often)!
Please leave your cell phones, children and any other worldly worries behind.
Part of the charm of the spa experience is that you are creating a space for yourself, whether to take care of your skin, gain inner renewal, or just get rid of troublesome aches and pains. Other clients are also using our spa for these purposes, and for the greater enjoyment of all, we respectfully request that you leave all potential sources of intrusion or noise at home.
