Massage Therapy
Massage is known for its ability to expel nervous and muscular tensions, reduce daily stress and to get more out of life. We offer a number of techniques to help your body and soul unwind. Careful draping for privacy, comfort and relaxation are observed during all massage and body treatments. During each treatment, the areas of the body not involved will be covered. If you would feel more comfortable, you may wear a swimsuit or under-garments so that you can relax and enjoy your treatment. Please refrain from wearing jewelry during skin and body care appointments.

A deeper massage with stronger pressure that targets specific areas of the body. Designed to soften the muscle and warm the tissue to increase flexibility and relieve sore muscles.
Sports Massage
Therapy specifically adapted to the needs of athletes and the effects of athletic performance on the body. Administered before physical activity to help protect against pain and injuries, whiling boosting performance. Following exercise, it helps to remove lactic acid and restore normal muscle tone and range of motion. Beneficial for peak efficiency for the serious as well as the casual athlete to perform at peak efficiency.
Prenatal Massage
This full body massage focuses on releasing upper body stress and lower back pain associated with carrying a child. It includes water reduction massage using circulation enhancing techniques. Designed to give relief to the mother-to-be by creating a renewed sense of well-being.
